Select View > Pay Periods from the menu bar.. The Pay Periods screen opens.
From the Pay Periods Search panel, enter your search criteria, and then select Search. The pay periods that match your search criteria appear in the Search Results pane.
From the Search Results pane, select the pay period with a status of Unused, and then select Open Pay Period from the mini-toolbar. The Open Pay Period screen opens.
Select the paysheets to be included in the pay period.
